		<description>Shoving surveys right into the middle of a user&#039;s use of your site betrays your belief that a) users are some kind of crop to be harvested rather than human beings that will just go to your rival&#039;s site if you piss them off, and b) surveys are in any way a useful tool.

I would think that Multimap will be all but dead in a few years time anyway, at least once the evil OS monopoly is broken and UK mapping data is easier to come by. The likes of Yahoo! and Google have armies of very clever people working for them and have economies of scale and access to data sources (over time) that Multimap can only dream of.</description>
